First, check whether you're listed
Search your name on CheckPeople with each city you've lived in, and look for your age and relatives to be sure it's you. The free planner gives you a one-click web search for your name on this site.
Send the removal request
- Open the suppression center and enter your email
- Accept the terms and click the link in the verification email
- Search for your record in the tool and select it to suppress
- Wait 5 to 7 days then check search engines later as caches update

After you send it
Keep the confirmation email, and search again in a week or two to make sure the listing is gone. People-search sites often add people back months later from new records, so look again every few months. The planner reminds you when, and keeps a dated record of each step.
Your details stay with you
