Send the removal request
- Open the opt-out page, pick that you are the subject, enter your name and email, accept the box and pass the check
- Click the link in the email titled Complete your fastbackgroundcheck.com privacy request within 24 hours
- Enter your date of birth or street address, city, state, zip and phone so it matches your listing
- Pass the second check and submit, then keep the confirmation email

After you send it
Keep the confirmation email, and search again in a week or two to make sure the listing is gone. People-search sites often add people back months later from new records, so look again every few months. The planner reminds you when, and keeps a dated record of each step.
Your details stay with you
The planner runs in your browser. What you type is saved on your device only, and nothing in the planner sends it anywhere, including to us. You send every request yourself.
