- Pick Opt Out as a Consumer and open the form
- Enter your first and last name, state and email
- Submit and confirm by email if LiveRamp sends a link
- Optional: use the separate device and browser opt-outs on the same page for mobile ID and cookie

After you send it
Keep the confirmation. A company covered by a state privacy law usually has 45 days to answer, and some have longer. If the answer is no, or no answer comes, the planner writes the follow up, the appeal and the complaint to your state regulator.
