- Open the Melissa Consumer Privacy Request Form
- Enter your email and tick the protected information you want removed
- Choose Delete/Opt-Out, then opt out of sale or sharing and targeted ads
- Click the button that sends a one-time code to your email
- Enter the code to submit the request

After you send it
Keep the confirmation. A company covered by a state privacy law usually has 45 days to answer, and some have longer. If the answer is no, or no answer comes, the planner writes the follow up, the appeal and the complaint to your state regulator.
