How to remove yourself from Truecaller

First, check whether you're listed

Search your name on Truecaller with each city you've lived in, and look for your age and relatives to be sure it's you. The free planner gives you a one-click web search for your name on this site.

Send the removal request

1. Open the Truecaller unlisting page
2. Enter your phone number with the country code
3. Complete the captcha and submit
4. Do not create or log into a Truecaller account with that number afterwards or it is listed again

After you send it

Keep the confirmation email, and search again in a week or two to make sure the listing is gone. People-search sites often add people back months later from new records, so look again every few months. The planner reminds you when, and keeps a dated record of each step.
