- Click Opt out of marketing programs
- Fill in your name and address in the form and submit
- Use the deletion form there too if you want your data removed

After you send it
Keep the confirmation. A company covered by a state privacy law usually has 45 days to answer, and some have longer. If the answer is no, or no answer comes, the planner writes the follow up, the appeal and the complaint to your state regulator.
